Pokémon LAIC 2025 played host to some of the best players in the world. Here's the final scores and standings for Pokémon LAIC 2025.

eaturing some of the best Pokémon players in the world, the Pokémon Latin America International Championships took place from Nov. 15 to Nov. 17, 2024. Covering TCG, VGC, Pokémon Go, and UNITE matches, it was an unmissable event for Pocket Monster fans.
Here are the final scores and standings for Pokémon LAIC 2025, including every game and age division breakdown. We’ve included notes on which Pokémon or decks stood out as the most powerful so you can try them out in your own matches.

Pokémon LAIC event format

Pokémon LAIC 2025 showcased talent from the Trading Card Game, the VGC scene (Scarlet and Violet), Pokémon Go, and Pokémon UNITE. Aside from the first batch of UNITE matches on Nov. 15, all of the action was streamed live for fans to tune into and enjoy across Twitch and YouTube.
All four games followed slightly different schedules, but each one concluded on Nov. 17, also known as Championship Sunday. The event that rounded off LAIC 2025 was the explosive VGC finals, followed by the closing ceremony.
Both TCG and VGC players needed to make their way through two days of Swiss rounds before top cut players were determined, with the finals taking place on Nov. 17 alongside the other games.
UNITE had a different structure, with the group stage taking place on Nov. 15 and single elimination rounds following all day on Nov. 16. The UNITE finals were the first set of finals to take place on Nov. 17, starting early in the morning.
Pokémon Go also had a unique event layout. Bracket play took place up until the second part of day two, with the finals kicking off on Championship Sunday after the UNITE finals.

The VGC scene showed up with a blend of creative picks and fan-favorite ‘mons for LAIC 2025, with Sneasler standing out as a top choice from day one. Powerful team comps like sun teams, Trick Room teams, and rain teams stood out as dominant in this competition.

The Pokémon LAIC 2025 VGC Masters champion is Marco Silva, who beat Victor Medina with a score of two-nil in the Masters Finals. It was a fast-paced final match-up, with both players favoring a weather team build and popular ‘mons like Dragonite.
Third place went to Ashton Cox and fourth went to Renzo Navarro, who both put on a stellar performance during their matches. Both players opted to use Rillaboom, which has been spotted in a number of competitive Pokémon events recently.
Eric Rios came in fifth while Daniel Marcelo Reyes came in sixth, and Alex Gómez Berna and Oliver Eskolin tied off the top eight bracket with seventh and eighth place respectively.
The VGC section of LAIC 2025 was a delight to watch, with players from every age division showing their unique teams and playstyles.

The Pokémon LAIC 2025 VGC Junior champion is Ismael Hoggui who defeated Takumi Matsuo in the Junior Finals with a score of two-one.

The Trading Card Game competition at LAIC 2025 was fierce, with several interesting Pokémon like Raging Bolt, Regidrago, and Terapagos making their appearance in top-quality decks.
Regidrago VSTAR was undoubtedly the deck of the tournament, popping up in four of the top eight Masters decks and eventually winning in the same division. Stellar Tera-type ‘mons still made a splash, with an impressive Terapagos ex and Dusknoir list in the final eight.

The Pokémon LAIC 2025 TCG Masters champion is Miloslav Posledni, winning against Brent Tonisson in the Masters final with a score of two-one. Their pairing was particularly interesting to watch as both players chose Regidrago VSTAR for the competition, leading to a mirror match.

Team YT and PLAGA made it to the semifinals of the competition, putting on an incredible performance in their respective matches, while The Code, DreamMax E-Sports, FUSION, and Nouns Esports were top eight competitors.
